The Opus Group, along with joint venture partner Principal Real Estate Investors, announced today the opening of the leasing center and clubhouse of Paradise @ P83, a 330,000-square-foot multifamily development in Peoria, Arizona. Situated on 17 acres, the luxury apartment community will have 352 units ranging from studios to one, two and three bedrooms.

Located on the corner of 75th Avenue and Paradise Lane, within the active West Valley submarket, this development will provide residents with high-quality units and the luxuries of resort-style living. Residents will also benefit from the convenient access to the Valley trail system and close proximity to many nearby attractions, including the Peoria Sports Complex, numerous dining options and ample retail and entertainment amenities.
