Nick Murnane, Vice President & General Manager, has been named a 2025 CRE Aspiring Leader by GlobeSt.com, a leading commercial real estate news platform. The award is given to ambitious and talented commercial real estate professionals with a track record of noteworthy transaction volume and who demonstrate significant contributions to their employer’s overall success.

Nick joined our team in 2010 as an intern and today is responsible for the overall management and advancement of all real estate development activities in our Minneapolis and Des Moines offices. Notably, Nick is credited with pioneering our multifamily practice and helping to deliver more than 2,000 units in Minnesota and more than 3,000 units across the Upper Midwest and Mountain West.
