Recognition: Nick Murnane Named to Finance & Commerce 2025 Power List

For the second year in a row, Nick Murnane, Vice President & General Manager, has been named to the Finance & Commerce Power List. The Power List features the most noteworthy development leaders in Minnesota. The list is compiled by Finance & Commerce editorial staff who interview respected members of the community to identify individuals whose achievements and influence are significant in Minnesota’s real estate development field.

Currently, Nick oversees the commercial real estate activities of our Minneapolis and Des Moines offices, which pursue projects throughout Minnesota, Iowa and Nebraska,including our most recent development, Arcadia, the future home of our new headquarters in Edina, MN.

Over his 15-years with us, Nick has earned a reputation as a thoughtful and collaborative leader with keen foresight, creative instincts and decisive judgement, and we are delighted that Finance & Commerce agrees.
