News Release: Opus Brings Rare Small-User Industrial Opportunity to Chandler with Envision 56
Completion of our Class A infill industrial development in Chandler is good news for small and mid-sized companies looking to grow in the Valley.
CHANDLER, Ariz., August 27, 2026 – Opus today announced the completion of Envision 56, a modern Class A speculative industrial development near the intersection of North 56th Street and West Chandler Boulevard in Chandler, Arizona. The 125,258-square-foot development consists of a 37,289-square-foot building and an 87,969-square-foot building, both designed specifically for small and midsized users seeking new state-of-the-art single-user space.
“We're encouraged by the level of interest we're seeing in Envision 56. From the beginning, our goal was to deliver an infill project that combined the efficiencies of a modern industrial facility with the flexibility that growing businesses need," said Mike George, senior manager of real estate development with Opus. "We're proud to bring Envision 56 to market and provide users with a high-quality option in one of the most desirable industrial locations in the Valley."
Envision 56 is located within West Chandler, one of the Valley’s most competitive industrial submarkets. The 8.8-acre infill development provides immediate access to Loop 202, Loop 101 and Interstate 10, placing users within minutes of the broader Phoenix metropolitan area, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Intel Corporation’s Chandler campus and a deep regional labor pool.
"Chandler's continued success is built on providing opportunities for businesses of all sizes to grow and thrive,” said City of Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke. “The completion of Envision 56 adds industrial space for small and midsized companies and further strengthens our position as a premier destination for advanced manufacturing, technology and innovative businesses. We appreciate Opus' investment in our community and look forward to welcoming the companies that will call Envision 56 home.”
Added Micah Miranda, economic development director for the City of Chandler, “The addition of Envision 56 helps address an important segment of the industrial market by creating opportunities for small and midsized businesses to establish or expand operations in Chandler. Supporting companies at every stage of growth is essential to maintaining a strong and diverse local economy."
Building B at Envision 56 is a 37,289-square-foot building on 3.24 acres that features a 28-foot clear height, four dock doors, 2,500 amps of power and 76 vehicle parking stalls. Building C, located on 5.56 acres, totals 87,969 square feet and features a 32-foot clear height, six dock doors, 3,000 amps of power and 182 vehicle parking stalls. Both buildings include secure truck courts, two drive-in doors and clerestory windows.
Opus served as developer, design-builder and architect and structural engineer of record on the project. Mark Krison and Luke Krison with CBRE are marketing the buildings for sale or lease.
