- Evaluates land selection, determines optimal building types and obtains jurisdictional approvals
- Coordinates with internal teams and provides leadership to direct reports
Experience
Kelly began his career in commercial real estate development in 1989. Before joining Opus in 2025, he developed over 11,000 multifamily units in the Southeast.
Kelly is an expert in urban planning, negotiations, project management and strategic investments.
