AllPoints Spec Meets Demand for Modern Logistics Near Indy
Addressing demand for additional industrial space near Indianapolis, we developed, designed and constructed a new 258,000-square-foot speculative industrial building in Whitestown, Indiana.
The building resides on one of the last remaining sites in AllPoints at Anson, a very well-located industrial park approximately 21 miles northwest of Indianapolis. The 16-acre parcel offers an exceptional locale with quick and convenient access to Interstate 65, a busy expressway between Indianapolis and Chicago.
To enable quick tenant occupancy, a speculative office area is integrated into the building design. Additional features include:
- 36-foot clear height
- 26 dock doors
- four drive-in doors
- 219 vehicle parking stalls
- 33 additional trailer parking spots
