Opus Addressing Demand for Housing in Denver with High-End Apartments Near Mile High Stadium

‚ÄčThe Jefferson Park neighborhood in Denver is beginning to undergo a transformation. With housing in short supply across the city and in its center city neighborhoods, Opus is addressing this need by developing, designing and building a 12-story, 277-unit multifamily apartment building.

The Jefferson Park neighborhood is emerging with young families, walkability, grocers and great access to the downtown core. 1919 Mile High Apartments is located in a prime location on the southern edge of the neighborhood at the intersection of the neighborhood and local community, commerce in Downtown Denver, recreation and entertainment with nearby Mile High Stadium. Though the building will have highway visibility and is near I-25, residents will not be dependent on car-only transportation but will have full and immediate access to the best of Denver's varying transportation options.

The site has nearby recreation opportunities, including the Platte River Trail, a 28.5-mile, multi-use trail that follows the river as it winds through Denver's urban landscape, and Sloan's Lake Park, a 177-acre park offering boating, fishing and picnicking with stunning views of the Rocky Mountains.

1919 Mile High Stadium Circle will offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units and top-of-market amenities the health-conscious and prominent young professionals attracted to the area desire, including:

  • 12th floor clubroom with views of the mountains, downtown Denver and Mile High Stadium
  • 4th floor clubroom that opens to an outdoor kitchen and grilling area with a lap pool and hot tub
  • 2-level fitness center with outdoor access, yoga studio, free weights and cross-fit options
  • golf simulator and game room
  • individual and collaborative work-from-home stations
  • storage for up to 140 bicycles
  • ski tuning and waxing station
  • 288 parking spaces

The building is slated for completion in February 2022.
