We helped to bring new jobs and added tax revenue to the city of Romulus, Michign, with the construction of Airport Corporate Center, a two-building, 270,544-square-foot speculative industrial development. The two buildings are suited for light industrial tenants, such as warehouse or distribution operations.

Airport Corporate Center is situated less than a mile from Interstate 94, three miles from Detroit Metro Wayne County Airport and 20 miles from Detroit. The 22.7-acre site at the corner of Smith and Vining roads is close to restaurants, hotels, gas stations and corporate users including Amazon and multiple logistics providers.
