Opus helped to bring new jobs and added tax revenue to the city of Romulus, Mich., with the construction of Airport Corporate Center, a two-building, 270,544-square-foot speculative industrial development. The two buildings are suited for light industrial tenants, such as warehouse or distribution operations.

Airport Corporate Center is situated less than a mile from Interstate 94, three miles from Detroit Metro Wayne County Airport and 20 miles from Detroit. The 22.7-acre site at the corner of Smith and Vining roads is close to restaurants, hotels, gas stations and corporate users including Amazon and multiple logistics providers.

Building A is located at 33100 Smith Road and is100,456 square feet. It features:

  • 32-foot clear height
  • 12 dock doors
  • 91 auto parking stalls
  • 13 trailer parking stalls
Building B is located at 33200 Smith Road and is 170,088 square feet. It features:

  • 32-foot clear height
  • 22 dock doors
  • 115 auto parking stalls
  • 28 trailer parking stalls
Both buildings are slated to be completed in January 2024.
