With a demand for industrial space in the Waterloo-Cedar Falls, Iowa, area, our Client Direct Services group was chosen by PMW Companies, LLC, to design and build Cedar Valley Crossing Industrial, an 83,000-square-foot speculative industrial building in Waterloo. Waterloo is an active industrial area about two hours northeast of Des Moines.

Located at 3460 Marnie Avenue, Cedar Valley Crossing Industrial is a six-acre site. For tenants and their employees, the site will provide excellent access from Highways 20 and 63.

Cedar Valley will feature 28-foot clear height, nine dock doors expandable up to 25, two drive-in doors, 77 vehicle parking stalls and 25 dedicated trailer parking stalls. The building can accommodate light industrial tenants, including warehouse, distribution and office use.
