Orchards of Minnetonka Senior Living

​Leveraging deep residential expertise, Opus developed and built a 147-unit senior living development in Minnetonka, Minn. Conveniently located near Hopkins Crossroad and Wayzata Boulevard/I-394, Orchards of Minnetonka Senior Living is designed to enrich residents' lives with a full continuum of care, including independent living, assisted living and memory care.

Opus partnered on the project with a leading senior living operator, Ebenezer. A division of Fairview Health Services, Ebenezer is Minnesota's largest senior living operator with 100 years of experience serving older adults.

Orchards of Minnetonka offers residents and their visiting families and friends a comfortable environment with many amenities. Indoor amenities include:

• a club room with double-sided gas fireplace, an accessible bar and TVs,
• a community room that can be subdivided into private dining, community and theater or used as one large room,
• chapel,      
• fitness center and full-service salon,
• dedicated memory care activity spaces and dining area and
• dining room with full-service kitchen and bistro with grab and go options.
  

Outdoor amenities include a fire pit, bubbling fountain and dry creek bed, woodland and pond walks, putting green, raised garden planters, orchard trees, grills and outdoor seating and dining.

Orchards of Minnetonka opened in April 2019.
