Responding to Demand, Opus Delivers New Industrial Space

With Minneapolis less than 15 miles down the road and as the seventh largest city in the state of Minnesota, Plymouth is a sought-after city – particularly for businesses. While companies want to be located in the desirable suburb, available space is limited. Opus provided a solution by developing a 96,462-square-foot speculative industrial office and warehouse building in the Plymouth Business Park.

The location is prime and desirable. Situated off of Highway 55 and southwest of the intersection of 55 and I-494, this parcel is one of the last available sites for ground-up development in the area. The project features:

  • a high-end exterior finish complementary with existing buildings in the business park,
  • 24-foot clear height,
  • ESFR sprinkler systems,
  • five loading docks,
  • parking to accommodate 204 cars and
  • the ability to accommodate multitenant occupancy.

The building is owned by a joint venture partnership between Opus Development Company, L.L.C. and Founders Properties, L.L.C.
