With Minneapolis less than 15 miles down the road and as the seventh largest city in the state of Minnesota, Plymouth is a sought-after city – particularly for businesses. Opus provided a solution by developing a 96,462-square-foot speculative industrial office and warehouse building in the Plymouth Business Park.
