Opus Addresses Demand North of Des Moines with Swanwood II
Ankeny, Iowa, is a rapidly expanding suburb north of Des Moines. It's a great place for industrial development, which is why Opus developed a second building in Swanwood Logistics Center.
Swanwood Logistics Center II, a 296,300-square-foot speculative industrial building, is situated on 25 acres of land on the east side of I-35. Visible from the freeway in a bustling industrial area, the building features the following:
Opus' fully-integrated team has designed the building for flexibility and customization to meet tenant requirements.
The building was completed in September 2022. Opus also developed, designed and built a build-to-suit for Brown Warehouse Company in Swanwood Logistics Center.
