The Opus Group announced today the completion of
WEN Power Tools HQ, a build-to-suit development located in West Dundee, Illinois. WEN Power Tools has consolidated its three local facilities and workforce to streamline warehouse and distribution operations at its new headquarters.
The 180,623-square-foot building is three times larger than the previous facilities combined and features 4,000 square feet of office space, a 1,900-square-foot showroom, 21 dock doors, two drive-in doors and 32-foot clear height. Additionally, there is a 2,000-square-foot future office build-out on the north side of the building, which the company will lease out on a short-term basis.

Opus provided the development services and was the design-builder, interior designer and architect and structural engineer of record. This development was Opus's eighth project in Oakview Corporate Park, following the recent completions of
HELUKABEL and
Renishaw.
