Variant Brings Vibrant Retail & Luxury Living to Minneapolis’ North Loop

Bounding with activity, the North Loop on downtown Minneapolis’ north side is one of the most popular spots in the Midwest. Amidst tastefully restored warehouses, lively breweries and chic boutiques, the North Loop offers a dynamic food, shopping and entertainment scene, qualifying it to make Fodor Travel’s 2016 Go List as one of the top 25 destinations to visit in the world.

In addition to drawing visitors, the North Loop has become an incredibly popular place to live for trendy urban dwellers. With vested interest in continuing to revive the area and building off success of VÉLO®, we collaborated with Greco to design, construct and manage Variant, a first-class, mixed-use apartment and retail development in the heart of the neighborhood.
