Phase 1: Summer Splash 2023

Over the summer of 2023, the team focused on the southeast wing of the building, modernizing six classrooms and adding a teacher collaboration space on first floor.

The team’s work included updating the spaces with new finishes, technology and security, replacing tiled walls with floor-to-ceiling glass to bring natural light from the classrooms into the corridor, incorporating warm wood tones to complement DeLaSalle’s campus design language and maximizing learning space by expanding the classrooms by approximately 40 square feet.

Phase II: Summer Splash 2025

DeLaSalle turned to our Client Direct Service’s group again in the summer of 2025, this time to update nine classrooms. These classrooms were on the second floor, directly above the classrooms our team renovated in 2023.

Six of the classrooms were updated to exactly replicate those we remodeled two years prior and, as such, included adding roughly 40 square feet to each and incorporating the same finishes, technology, furnishings and floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The additional three classrooms also replicated the classrooms below but, rather than a full glass wall facing the corridor, included a tiled half wall with a glass panel.
