Using our collaborative design-build process, Xcel Energy’s headquarters in downtown Amarillo, Texas, has a flexible office space design, customized for up to 525 employees. The 119,000-square-foot build-to-suit also includes space to accommodate future growth.

Xcel entrusted us with this challenge because of an early guaranteed maximum price and certainty of outcome based on a previous partnership.

Located one block west of Amarillo City Hall on South Buchanan Street, the seven-story building features 5,000 square feet of ground-level retail space.
