Tire Wholesalers at Armory Industrial

Our team transformed the former Detroit Artillery Armory site in Oak Park, Michigan, into a modern industrial space – Armory Industrial, 275,401-square-foot speculative building.

Prior to the start of construction, the originally planned speculative building was fully leased to Tire Wholesalers. The building is used as a headquarters and distribution center, consolidating operations for the tenant. The company was drawn to the 17-acre site on Eight Mile Road because of its prime location with convenient access to Interstates 96 and 94.

The building features:

• 32-foot clear height
• 44 dock doors
• 57 trailer parking stalls
• 196 auto parking stalls
