Opus Bringing Luxury Apartments to Growing Denver Tech Center

Denver Tech Center, a business and economic trading center located 12 miles south of downtown Denver, has a growing population and is an expanding hub for employers, restaurants, hotels and housing. In late 2025 it will also be home to a new luxury apartment building that meets the strong demand for rental units in the area.

Opus is developing, designing and constructing a 253-unit multifamily development at 4600 South Syracuse Street. Located less than a mile from the Belleview RTD light rail station and the I-25/ I-225 interchange, the new luxury apartments will provide residents convenient transit options, excellent access throughout the Denver metro and easy walkability in the area.

The seven-story building will offer studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom market-rate apartments. They will feature balconies, quartz countertops, wood-style flooring, tile bathroom shower surrounds, front-loading washers and dryers, premium plumbing fixtures and walk-in closets. They will have digital guest entry and smart home features.

The building will offer many amenities, including:

  • work-from-home space
  • fitness center and yoga studio
  • pool and outdoor area
  • clubroom with a kitchen, private dining and lounge area
  • game room
  • speakeasy/library
  • dog park
  • landscaped pond area

The development will include garage and surface parking and 58 electric vehicle charging stations.

The Denver Tech Center project is a joint venture among Opus, Principal Real Estate Investors and Miller Global Properties. It is scheduled for completion in November 2025.
