Joint Venture Bringing Luxury Apartments to Growing Denver Tech Center

Denver Tech Center, a business and economic trading center located 12 miles south of downtown Denver, has a growing population and is an expanding hub for employers, restaurants, hotels and housing. In early 2026 it will become home to a new luxury apartment building that meets the strong demand for rental units in the area.

We developed, designed and constructed a 253-unit multifamily development at 7831 East Union Avenue. Located less than a mile from the Belleview RTD light rail station and the Interstates-25/225 interchange, the new luxury apartments provide residents with convenient transit options, excellent access throughout the Denver metro and easy walkability in the area.
