Leveraging our extensive multifamily expertise, we built this luxury four-story, 246-unit multifamily apartment building on the site. Units feature upscale finishes and range from 498 square feet to 1,322 square feet in a variety of floor plans from alcoves to two-bedroom units with a den. Residents enjoy many amenities, including:

• an entertainment kitchen
• a fitness center
  A covered walkway leads to a courtyard with an enclosed game room and entertainment space. Outdoor amenities include a pool, fire pit and bocce ball court.

This building met rising demand for high-end living in the area, which is in close proximity to employment hubs and Highway 169. It is also adjacent to a regional trail system being developed by the Three Rivers Park District.
