Opus Brings Another Spec Industrial Development to the Des Moines Area as Demand Soars
With continued strong demand for industrial buildings in the Des Moines metro area and more growth on the horizon, Opus and ATI Group co-developed a 270,192-square-foot modern industrial building in Grimes, Iowa.
The building is on a 16.5-acre site and is phase one of a multi-phase, master-planned 77-acre industrial park called Rider Logistics Center. It is conveniently located near the intersection of heavily-trafficked I-35/80 and Hwy 141.
Suitable for multiple warehouse, distribution or light manufacturing tenants, the building features the following:

- 2 drive-in doors
- 32-foot clear height
- up to 242 vehicle parking stalls
The first building was completed in the first quarter of 2023.
