News Release: Opus to Build New Viking Industrial Painting Headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska

OMAHA, Neb., October 6, 2026 – Opus today announced the start of construction on a 65,000-square-foot build-to-suit facility for Viking Industrial Painting. The facility, located at 9225 North 108th Street in Rainwood Industrial Park in Omaha, Nebraska, will serve as the 25-year-old company’s new headquarters and operations base.

Viking Industrial Painting specializes in inspecting, painting and maintaining municipal water towers. Their new location in Rainwood Industrial Park will serve as the company’s corporate headquarters, providing back office support functions to their six regional offices located across the country. Opus is the developer and design-builder on the project, which is expected to wrap up in July 2027.
