Viking Industrial Painting Takes New Headquarters to New Heights

Viking Industrial Painting has built a strong business over the past 25 years inspecting, painting and maintaining municipal water towers, growing from their regional Iowa roots to a national operation with traveling field crews. As that national footprint continues to expand, Viking recognized the need for a new home base, which we designed and are building in Omaha, NE. In planning the facility, the company also saw an opportunity to create a workplace that not only supports their operations but helps attract and retain employees.

Viking is making that employee experience a significant focus of their new facility. Nearly 19,300 square feet of the 65,000-square-foot building is dedicated to office and employee-focused areas, including hospitality-inspired gathering spaces and amenities that encourage employees to connect, recharge and spend time together.
