On behalf of Omaha-based development and property management firm GreenSlate Development, our Client Direct Services group brought a 202,000-square-foot speculative industrial/flex building to Omaha. Named after North Omaha's historic Storz Brewery, Storz Warehouse meets the strong demand for industrial space in the market. The building accommodates up to four tenants for office, showroom and bulk distribution.
