The first building is 104,978-square-feet and feature:

• 32-foot clear height
• 10 dock doors
• two rear-load drive-in doors
• 64 vehicle parking stalls
• eight trailer parking stalls

The second building is 543,638-square-feet with the ability to expand to more than one million square feet. It features:

• 36-foot clear height
• 54 dock doors
• four drive-in doors
• 90 trailer parking stalls
• 142 vehicle parking stalls

The first two buildings were completed in December 2022 and are fully leased.

The third and final building is 408,176 square feet. The cross-docked facility features:

• 36-foot clear height
• 55 dock doors (expandable to 90)
• four drive-in doors
• 134 vehicle parking stalls (expandable to 196)
• 94 trailer parking stalls
• clerestory windows for natural lighting

This final building was completed in December 2023.
