Key Points from the Panel

  • We began conversations with the city of Minnetonka in 2014 to build Crest Ridge Senior Living. The site was purchased back in 2006 with the first phase completed for Syngenta. We switched our focus to senior living and are delivering the 146-unit building in spring 2019. The building has highly-desirible amenities and features outdoor amenity spaces.
  • We’re also building The Loden in Edina. We’re bringing resort-level amenities and 147 units this spring.
  • We remain bullish on the Twin Cities market with 1,000 units recently completed or under construction.
