In an ideal location, adjacent to the Bass Lake Preserve and one block south of the Beltline Boulevard Station in St. Louis Park, Minn., Opus is developing, designing and building a market-rate multifamily development.
The 250-unit transit-oriented will include sustainable green features and 7,445 square feet of retail space.
Residents will be a short walk from trendy restaurants and retailers as well as Wolfe Park with walking trails, an amphitheater, picnic shelters, playgrounds, and basketball and pickleball courts. The Minneapolis Chain of Lakes are less than two miles east.
The five-story apartment building will have studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as live-work units. 10% of the units will be affordable to households earning 50% or less of the area's median income.
