As senior vice president and general manager, Cattanach is responsible for advancing development opportunities in the upper Midwest markets. This includes leading the sourcing and pursuit of opportunities, upfront development feasibility studies, financial analysis, due diligence and entitlements for speculative and build-to-suit developments while providing managerial oversight to multiple teams throughout construction, design and project delivery. He is currently leading the Corsa Apartments project in St. Louis Park.

“Nick brings a breadth of knowledge to his new position," said Rauenhorst. “He has led complex and high-profile projects, always with integrity and a leadership style that brings out the best in each member of our development team."

As vice president, real estate development, Murnane is primarily responsible for advancing multifamily pursuits from new site identification, financial structuring and construction to project completion. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Kansas.
