When North Star Sheets needed an aggressive schedule for completion of an industrial building designed specifically for their unique business needs, they enlisted us.

A manufacturer of corrugated cardboard sheets, North Star Sheets is expanding their operations into Minnesota. To support their growth plans, we developed, designed and built a 161,000-square-foot manufacturing facility on a rail-served, 16-acre property in Cottage Grove, Minn.

In addition to delivering a building to support the company's vision, culture and goals, our integrated delivery model enabled an aggressive timeline to meet the company's operational requirements. We completed the building on a condensed five-month schedule, allowing North Star Sheets to become operational quicker than other companies could provide.
