TriZetto Corporation, a healthcare information technology systems provider, decided to increase efficiencies for their growing workforce by consolidating multiple offices into one new facility in Englewood, Colo. And they needed it fast.

Employing our unique design-build approach, we presented TriZetto with a project scope and expedited timeline unmatched by others. They enlisted us to design and construct a five-story, 180,000-square-foot, Class A corporate headquarters. Rich with amenities and natural light, the building features a full cafeteria, fitness center, large outdoor patio space complete with an outdoor kitchen, extensive built-in seating and an amphitheater-style gathering area for large corporate meetings.

Operating as a single multi-disciplinary team, we were able to streamline this build-to-suit project through a significant design and entitlement process in only five months, and we completed construction in 12 months.
