The highly-specialized and competitive corporate world requires spaces where employees can function together efficiently and seamlessly. A Twin Cities-based client wanted to consolidate multiple metro offices with more than 1,500 employees into a single corporate campus in Plymouth, Minn. Converting several dated, multi-tenant office suites and a warehouse into an efficient, cohesive and inviting campus was an added challenge for the team.

Using our integrated design-build process, we delivered a space that reflects the client's vision and brand and facilitates collaboration in an attractive, inviting environment befitting of their culture. In addition, early collaboration revealed opportunities to reconfigure and reuse space and materials, aiding the bottom line and enhancing functionality.
