Institutional Expansion & Renovation

St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minn. tapped our expertise in university design and construction to expand and renovate the Butler Center and Fontbonne Hall to provide state-of-the-art recreational and classroom facilities. The project included adding 31,500 square feet and renovating more than 10,000 square feet, transforming the space and allowing the university to amplify its innovative, high-quality academic programs while supporting vibrant, active lifestyles on campus.

Through creative collaboration and our unique design-build approach, we created a first-class facility for varsity sports, wellness and recreation programs.
