For more than 30 years, we've proudly delivered numerous projects for the University of St. Thomas, including their Anderson Student Center in Saint Paul and the entire downtown Minneapolis campus.

And we're proud to continue our work with them. The Iversen Center for Faith will expand the 100-year-old Chapel of St. Thomas Aquinas (which we're also renovating) with a multi-denomination worship and activity space. We're also building a first year residence hall and renovating an existing hall.

The University has recognized the value of our design-build model, including working within tight schedules and delivering aesthetic value on budget. In winning these recent projects, we reconfirmed that value by beating out a quality competitor.
