Chicago Market Looking Strong in 2014


Moving into 2014, residential, industrial and office sectors are maintaining momentum. Tenant demand, capital availability and institutional interest are all driving factors in these strong sectors.

Currently, we’re under construction on the I-88 Gateway Logistics Center, a speculative industrial development in North Aurora. The community, a suburb of Chicago, boasts high density, a stable labor pool of highly-educated workers and immediate access to I-88. Construction will wrap up this summer.

We are excited to announce completion of The Fresh Market Center in Glen Ellyn later this month. The Center is anchored by The Fresh Market and includes Tide Dry Cleaners, their first location in the Chicago market, Great Clips and Firehouse Subs. Leasing efforts continue on the remaining tenant spaces.
