365 Nicollet, a 30-story market-rate apartment building in the heart of downtown Minneapolis on Nicollet Mall.

Floor plans range from 520 to 3,000 square feet with various finish package options.
365 Nicollet offers a distinct architectural design to maximize the number of corner units, vistas and daylighting opportunities while creating a dynamic sightline for its residents and pedestrians at the street level of Nicollet Mall. “One of our design goals was to activate the streetscape by bringing residential units down into the building's base.
