KANSAS CITY, Missouri – The Opus Group (Opus) announced today the completion of construction on 51 Main, a six-story, luxury mixed-use development in Kansas City’s South Plaza neighborhood. The project, developed and owned by VanTrust Real Estate-related entities, includes 176 units and 8,500 square feet of ground-level retail space.

51 Main meets the needs of Kansas City’s low vacancy rates and steady demand for luxurious modern living. The building features 345 onsite parking spaces, a club house and an outdoor amenity courtyard, complete with an infinity pool, grilling area and cabana. Offering more than 50 unique unit configurations, ranging from studios to one- and two-bedroom units, some with additional study spaces, the project is designed to meet a variety of resident preferences.
Construction began in January 2013 and the first residents moved into the building in February 2015.
Opus Design Build, L.L.C. was the design-builder for the project, and Opus AE Group, L.L.C. was the architect and engineer of record.
