The Opus Group® Announces Completion of VÉLO® Luxury Apartments


​MINNEAPOLIS – The Opus Group (Opus) announced today the completion of VÉLO, a boutique luxury apartment project in downtown Minneapolis. The complex includes 101 residential apartment units and 12,000 square feet of mixed-use retail space.

VÉLO - French for “bicycle” – is located in Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood, at the heart of the nationally-ranked bike-friendly city’s cyclist paths and public transit systems. Residents are in close proximity to the neighborhood’s sought-after restaurants, entertainment venues and retailers. Red Cow, a popular Twin Cities-based bar and restaurant, has already announced it will occupy approximately 5,775 square feet of the new space.
