The Opus Group (Opus) is pleased to announce the promotions of three executive leaders:
Matt Rauenhorst to executive vice president, general manager;
Mike Yungerman to senior vice president, general manager; and
Phil Cattanach to vice president, general manager. All three promotions are effective immediately.

Rauenhorst's newly created role as executive vice president, general manager provides him with an expanded opportunity and responsibility to drive results through a larger team and expanded geography. During his 12 years with Opus in the Minneapolis office, Rauenhorst's demonstrated leadership and performance has resulted in significant growth and numerous project successes across multifamily, office, senior and industrial sectors. In 2016, Rauenhorst was named one of
Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal's 40 Under 40. In addition, he serves as a thought leader for Opus through industry panels and publications and continues to be an active community steward in the greater metro area.
Yungerman's promotion to senior vice president, general manager includes overseeing a pipeline of projects and pursuits that span the industrial, office and senior sectors. Throughout his 14 years with Opus in the greater Chicago area, he's developed and led teams to deliver numerous projects across Opus' Midwest footprint.
Cattanach will assume Rauenhorst's former position as vice president, general manager leading a development team covering the Minnesota, Dakotas and Iowa markets. Cattanach is being recognized for his leadership skills and success driving solid results across a wide range of industrial, multifamily and office projects. Cattanach has been with Opus in Minneapolis for 14 years in both construction and development roles.
