The Opus Group (Opus) announced today start of construction on a new headquarters facility for
GS1, a not-for-profit organization that provides global standards for efficient business communication, best known for its barcodes. Located in the Princeton South Corporate Center, the 42,000-square-foot building is slated for completion in October 2018.

The new two-story facility features an outdoor patio, walking path and employee café space, as well as access to Interstate 95 and easy access off Route 31. Additionally, the building features an open floor plan to foster collaboration, innovation and open communication. The headquarters is designed to enhance employee efficiency, while the new location is meant to help attract and retain top talent in the market.
The Princeton South Corporate Center is located at the intersection of Highway 95 and Pennington Road in Ewing, N.J., just south of Princeton. The corporate center offers communal amenities, including a fitness center, additional walking paths and conference facilities, creating a rich community among tenants. To that end, the design and aesthetic of the GS1 headquarters will relate back to existing buildings in the business park.
