DENVER, Colo. - The Denver office of Opus Development Corporation announced today that CSG Systems International selected McWhinney and The Opus Group to develop a 208,000-square-foot, two building corporate campus in Omaha, Neb. The project will break ground today, June 22.
The Denver office of Opus Development Corporation will partner with McWhinney in the development of the campus and Opus Design Build, L.L.C. will oversee design and construction of the office buildings and related site work.
Denver-based CSG Systems is a software and service provider that helps clients, such as Comcast, DISH Network and Vivo, build commerce by better engaging and transacting with their customers. The company enlisted McWhinney and The Opus Group to design and build two 100,000-square-feet, three-story office buildings for CSG Systems’ concentration of 1,400 employees in Omaha. Designed and constructed with sustainable practices and elements, the buildings will be energy efficient and also be connected allowing employee engagement and interaction.
