MINNEAPOLIS – The Opus Group (Opus) announced today that Peter Conlon has joined Opus Development Company, L.L.C. as senior director, capital markets. Conlon is based in the Minneapolis office.

Most recently, Conlon was group manager of corporate real estate at Target Corporation where he focused on office and industrial properties both nationally and internationally. Prior to that, Conlon held roles at Buchanan Street Partners and Cassidy Turley where he built his expertise in acquisitions and investments.

Conlon graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in economics. He earned his Master of Science in real estate finance and investment from New York University. Conlon is a member of Minnesota UrbanPlan committee with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association, and is involved in the alumni associations for New York University and the University of California, Davis.
