Opus Delivers Premier Office Space in Seattle
Home to Amazon’s first headquarters until 2011, Opus Center at Union Station is located in the heart of Seattle’s International Historic District. This prime location is just steps away from the Seattle Mariners’ and Seattle Seahawks’ stadiums, Exhibition Hall, Pioneer Square shops, restaurants and businesses.
Executing its design-build construction approach, the Opus team developed this office campus that includes 605 and 625 Union Station and 705 Union Station. The architectural design was developed to match the historical nature of the district and surrounding buildings. As such, exterior materials include a blend of brick, exposed steel and pre-cast concrete.
The buildings contain two-story glass curtain wall lobbies, an extensively landscaped pedestrian plaza and efficient office space for both multitenant and full-floor occupancy. Built with sustainable construction practices, the buildings are energy efficient, providing for the needs of high technology users via increased cooling capacity and higher-than-normal electrical service.
