And we manage the schedule day-to-day to deliver projects on your timeline. When Freightquote needed a new headquarters, they trusted us to deliver what others couldn't—a 200,000-square-foot build-to-suit office in just 290 days. Similarly, TriZetto Corporation needed their new office facility on a tight turn. In 12 months, we delivered a new corporate headquarters. When prominent shoe distributor and long-time Opus customer Weyco Group, Inc. acquired The Combs Company in 2011, they needed more capacity for two additional brands at their headquarters in Milwaukee. In less than 13 weeks, we constructed a 55,000-square-foot mezzanine addition.
