As Senior Director of Real Estate Development, Jay provides leadership and expertise in sourcing and pursuit of new development opportunities, managing the predevelopment process, financial analysis, due diligence and entitlements for speculative developments. He also provides managerial oversight throughout construction, design and project delivery and ultimately, disposition.
Jay joined Opus in 2022 with 13 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Opus, he worked in multifamily development and investment banking.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Arizona Multifamily Association and National Multifamily Housing Council.
