MINNEAPOLIS – The Opus Group (Opus) announced today plans for a 96,000-square-foot speculative industrial office and warehouse facility in Plymouth, Minnesota. Construction is slated to begin early this month.

Located on one of the last available sites for ground-up development in the area offering convenient access to Interstate 494 from Highway 55, the building will be designed for multi-tenant occupancy and will feature 24-foot clear height with high-end exterior finishing complementary to the existing buildings in the Plymouth Business Center. Additional features include the ability to accommodate users requesting a higher percentage of office space, ESFR sprinkler systems, five loading docks and parking for 204 cars. The building will be ready for tenant occupancy by January 2016.
Opus’ recent portfolio of work includes 6.8 million square feet of industrial developments currently in its pipeline or completed in the past 17 months across the United States.
The building will be owned by a joint venture partnership between Opus Development Company, L.L.C. and Founders Properties, L.L.C. Opus Development Company, L.L.C. will be the developer. Opus Design Build, L.L.C. will be the design-builder and Opus AE Group, L.L.C. will be the architect and engineer of record.
