Woodbury Lakes offers 330,000 square feet of the newest national and local retailers – an ever-changing list including: Gap, Banana Republic, Talbots, Coldwater Creek, H&M, Champs Sports, Elodie and Shoes to Boot.
The majority of the retailers are tenants ranging from 1,000 square feet to 10,000 square feet, with a complement of junior anchors stores in the 20,000-25,000 square foot range.
The outlot users include Trader Joe's, Ethan Allen, Thomasville Furniture and North American Banking Company.
Adding to its convenience, Woodbury Lakes has excellent visibility and access off Interstate 94 and attracts customers from the entire Northeast Metro including parts of Western Wisconsin.
