Bunge North America Headquarters

After leading Bunge through a comprehensive campus design-build solution, Opus teamed with the company to deliver their corporate headquarters in Chesterfield, Mo. Opus custom designed the four-story, 149,600-square-foot office space exactly to the company’s requirements. 

The new headquarters design supports a key priority for Bunge, which is to enhance the company’s employee culture during a transformative period of growth. The building facilitates and supports employee collaboration, innovation and communication. It features contemporary and modern aesthetic elements throughout with LEED certification standard sustainable elements as well as a 650-stall parking garage, fitness center, full-service kitchen and dining space, game room and training spaces.

Located on 14 acres of land, the new headquarters site includes roughly seven acres of green space, including an outdoor walking track around the perimeter of the landscaped site.

With this project, Opus is building on its deep corporate headquarters work. The office building was completed in fall 2017.
