As Senior Manager of Real Estate Development, Yianni focuses on the pursuit and execution of new industrial, multifamily, office and senior living developments in the Kansas City area. His main responsibilities include researching and evaluating market trends to identify opportunities; performing market, property and financial due diligence; underwriting proposed development projects; and coordinating with the construction and design teams to bring a project to life.

Yianni joined Opus in 2017. He holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurial Real Estate from the University of Missouri and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. He is a member of the Kansas City Area Development Council (KCADC), Urban Land Institute and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
